Solicitud de nulidad parcial del proceso de la referencia, formulada por la doctora Natalia Bernal Cano.
Luego de analizar los diferentes argumentos presentados por la demandante, encontró la Corte que no se satisfizo el requisito de carga argumentativa mínima exigida para este tipo de solicitudes y que tampoco se evidenció la vulneración del derecho al debido proceso y al principio de igualdad alegados por ella.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ DE PLANO la nulidad invocada.
